1 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1.1 The following general terms and conditions of sales are exclusively adaptable between the "JEANS BOX S.R.L." (from now on "the company") and any private consumer (from now on "the costumer") purchasing on line through the website "www.sosjeans.it" (from now on "the website"). They may also be revised or altered at any moment by the company and are valid since the first date of on line appearance.
2 OBJECT OF CONTRACT:
2.1 All contracts will be concluded directly through access to the website corresponding with the address www.sosjeans.it, where the customer may conclude the contract for purchase of the goods and/or product desired carefully following the instructions and procedures indicated.
2.2 These general terms of sale are an integral part of the sale contract, so they must be examined on line by the customer before completion of the purchase procedure. Making the order confirmation therefore implies full knowledge and acceptance of them.
3 CONCLUSION AND EFFICIENCY OF CONTRACT:
3.1 On sending confirmation of the purchase order via email, the company automatically confirms the purchase and the customer unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with the general terms of sale, including the terms of payment indicated below, declaring that they have viewed and accepted all the terms indicated.
3.2 The email contains full and complete details about the order (price, costs of transport, address of delivery, etc) that the costumer will be in charge of checking and confirming.
3.3 The company is in charge of providing full details about its products. However, there could be some mistakes or differences between the images showed and the real products. Moreover, the images showed in the website have only got a representative aim and are not meant for purchase.
3.4 The company is in charge of delivering the product/s ordered within 30 days from the date of purchase.
4 AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS:
4.1 The customer may purchase the products indicated in the website and in the quantities in stock. The product database is updated every 24 hours. However, due to the simultaneity of different customers purchasing at the same time, it could happen that a product can be sold to more than one customer but the criteria is "firs come first served" or whichever payment is received first.
4.2 On sending confirmation of the purchase order via email, it could happen that the availability of one or more products is not longer possible to confirm. Should this happen, the customer will be soon informed and will be given the option to either confirm the partial order or to cancel the whole purchase by sending an email to the costumer care.
5 METHODS OF PAYMENT:
5.1 The customer can only complete the purchase through one of the methods of payment specified in the website.
5.2 In case of payments by credit cards before ensuring the unavailability of a product, the company will be in charge of contacting the credit card operator in order to pay back the transaction of the goods not available.
5.3 The total amount indicated as the cost of the on line purchase will be charged once the order process is complete and the goods are ready to be sent.
5.4 The entire procedure takes place through a protected connection directly connected to the bank institute which operates the on line payment service, to which the company has no access.
6 SALE PRICES:
6.1 All sale prices of products displayed on the website are indicated in Euro and are inclusive of VAT and costs of shipment and transport.
6.2 The customer accepts the possibility that the company can change the sale prices at any time. However, the products will be charged according to the real price of the goods at the moment of the purchase and confirmed by email.
7 JUSTIFY OF WITHDRAWAL AND CLAIMS:
7.1 In accordance with the current law, the consumer may exercise the justify of withdrawal and return the product received unworn without any penalty and commitment of explaining reasons within 10 days from the date of delivery.
7.2 A customer that wants to exercise this justify should communicate it by sending an email to the customer service and the return within 5 days: we grant a full refund for items sent back within 5 days from delivery / we charge a commission of 5€ to all orders sent back after the 5th day of delivery.
7.3 According to the current law, all costs of returning the product are to be paid by the consumer.
7.4 In case of compliance with all the terms and obligations of the consumer here indicated, the company will refund the sale price of the article purchased within 30 working days.
7.5 In case of faults or not compliance with the product ordered, the consumer should inform by email the customer service within 7 working days from date of delivery and specify whether there is the intention to change the product or to have a refund.
7.6 The company will contact the courier to collect the parcel according to its convenience. All articles must be returned to and received by the company unworn and in the same state in which they were received, in the original packaging and with the tags indicating the bar code and any other material which forms part of the packaging.
7.7 The company, after verifying the non-conformity of the product, will provide with the shipment of a new product within 14 days
7.8 The colours represented in the images of the webshop www.sosjeans.it may differ from the real colours.
7.9 Due to customs rules we are enable to absorb all the costs of returns as we pay all customs costs on delivery.
7.10 Please be aware that any returs must be customs and duty paid to return any items to us or we will deduct the costs from your refund.
8 WARRANTY OF THE PRODUCTS:
8.1 All products showed in the website benefit of a warranty according to the current legal rules.
8.2 In order to request this service, the customer must save a copy of the invoice that will receive by email at the moment of the shipment.
9 METHODS OF DELIVERY:
9.1 The company will only accept orders to be delivered in Europe.
9.2 The goods will be delivered by an express service to the address provided at the moment of the purchase within 4/5 working days from date of purchase. In case of absence, the company will debit an amount of €15 for depot costs.
9.3 For any order confirmed in the website, the company will send an invoice by email. The invoice contains details provided by the customer during the purchase. After the invoice has been issued, it will not be possible to change any parts of it.
9.4 Please keep in mind that everything ordered from our web shop is shipped from Italy. This means that we can guarantee Free Shipping for EU. For everyone that lives outside of EU to guarantee the Free Shipping we need a minimum order of € 250,00.

10.1 The company is not responsible for bad services or inefficiency due to circumstances unexpected or beyond its control. As well as in case of a malfunctioning of the Internet service during the purchase that will prevent the company from respecting the normal procedure indicated in the contract.
10.2 The company is not responsible in case of unavailability of one or more products indicated in the website.
11 Access to the website:
11.1 The consumer has the justify to access to the website for consultation and purchase of the products. It is not allowed any other purpose out of the commercial terms. Should there be additional parts to the website (sound, visual or textual) they will be protected by the intellectual copyjustify.
13 Jurisdiction and court of competent jurisdiction:
13.1 All general terms and conditions indicated in this document are submitted to the Italian jurisdiction. For any dispute between the parties relating to this contract, the court of competent jurisdiction will be the one located in Teramo.
